Sison opened the Heny Sison School of Cake Decorating and Baking in 1985. Later, she renamed it to Heny Sison Culinary School after adding cooking classes to her regular baking repertoire to provide a more comprehensive culinary education. Today, her school holds recreational short courses and months-long culinary programs for serious culinary professionals.

The first course I attended in Heny Sison School is the South Beach Diet Phase I, II, and III by Swiss Chef Instructor Jacqueline Haessig Alleje. This class is suitable for people who want to be able to cook healthy dishes. lose weight, and people with health concerns such as diabetes, high blood pressure and other dietary restrictions. The class will guide you through the principles of healthy nutrition and weight control. South Beach Diet uses locally available ingredients.

The second course I took in Heny Sison Culinary School is the No Bake Desserts by Chef Patricia Loanzon. Its so interesting because we made cakes without using any ovens.
