I'm actually planning to pursue the solas courses as well while I am waiting for a position in a hospital...as we all know, hospital positions are dire in the Philippines, I was just wondering if there are any luck on entry level nurses to be able to pass the applications in a cruise ship or should I really wait for the hospital experience before I take in any courses such as solas and eventually apply for the position? I would also like to ask if you've met cruise nurses who really are actually an entry level?
